met up with yaya + shian, and B for dinner before B dashed off for Sandy Lam's concert.
it was really a short meeting-up to see how each of us has been, physically. strange that we have been sort of knowing what's up among ourselves by reading our blogs, and it's upsetting to know that this is how we keep in touch in the modern days. at times i'm still on msn with yaya and if not for the various teachers-seminars, workshops, i'd probably only see B once a year. i'm glad we are still able to stay close and as such good friends. i am most glad.
far away there is fabby. i was shocked to read about the house-breaking post. how terrible. i really hope things will get better for him. i think he is really brave. i would be scare shit.
we don't write letters anymore, not even emails. nevermind. we'll still find ways to keep in CLOSE touch. we must, we must, we must.
a trip to NY and Toronto in the next summer seems possible. we can always wave hello at the grand canyon. :)
