Finally the Gallery is done up, completed.
then followed by the miscellaneous touch-up here and there.
Last week, someone in office informed me to replace the door-closers the contractors have removed during the construction of the gallery. i replied that we don't need them and can't put them back as they are in the way for the panels - thus the removal.
i was then asked to have it install back still, because some people have complained that the door have been accidentally left open and the buzzer goes off. as i recalled, there is but only 1 person that uses those room most often. by saying most often, is also just twice per day at the most. then i was told that so-and-so and so-and-so also complained.
Sigh.
long before we have door-closer, we have ourselves to always make sure we take an effort to close the door behind us. with convenience such as this, people became lazy. when the device is removed from them, they can't remember how to make an effort.
anyway, i was too busy last week to have this place anywhere in my to-do list.
then i saw someone had some workers coming in to fix it back one day. they'd better not damage the newly done up gallery.
tsk tsk.
