lost for simplicity

B wrote about simple things happening in his life one day,
the day he pulled funny faces with his cute little niece.

that is simple, indeed.
i love that.

i have not been blogging seriously,
because so many un-simple things have happened lately.
i am lost for simplicity.

so i had fun with R&R staying over,
and it was just a cute weekend.
i love that.

work still runs through,
a bit frustrating with the fact that some parents just do not know how to control their kids.
why is it that we have to make sure their kids come to school?
what are they doing as parents?
just making the kids, but not making life for the kids.

other stuffs as usual.
my peers attended their promo ceremony, glad for them.
i have to wait till oct, wonder how MOE HR can be more screwed-up.
the same story goes.
and i was going to go away,
and something else came up.
before i could say yes with capital letters,
while i am still contemplating,
he said YES for me.

it's not going to be easy.
i am afraid, really.
the higher i climb, the harder i may fall.

i can't find the safety net,
yet.

Hey Kaka this is quite coincidental - simplicity is also a theme I have been thinking of the past couple of weeks, the more days go by, the more complicated life, work, home, family becomes... we can only muddle through, the only safety nets are our 2 hands to break our fall. But you know what, sometimes it turns out, we dont fall :D x

hey fab, yes, life nowadays really can't be as simple as we'd wish it to be, yet sometimes we complain about it being too boring... can't win. i am just afraid of not able to perfoem well and have nothing to fall back on. moving ahead is scary.
