Yotsuba! よつばと!

i read lots of manga, more than i read any fiction books.
i learnt my traditional chinese from reading Doremon by the Taiwanese publishers.

i'm glad that they have translated so many japanese manga into chinese text.
don't really like the english version, kind of funny reading it. A reads the same manga as me, almost... so we actually have some titles in 2 versions - chinese and english.

particularly i love Yotsuba (よつばと! 四葉) by Kiyohiko Azuma. She also created Azumanga Daioh, another cute and funny manga.

i love Yotsuba for its pure and innocent nature. you sensed a smile from within when you read it. somehow, they reminded me of R&R's way of life and behaviour. the questions and feelings Yotsuba had are what we used to have when we were younger, perhaps, or something that some of us may still be keeping within ourselves.

here's a link to sample the manga (in english)
