sleep, please

can't sleep can't sleep can't sleep.
i wanted to be able to sleep and be awake quite normally,
not having nightmares is a good start.

desire to sleep at the correct normal time has been difficult,
not that there's anything or anyone distracting me,
just my head refusing to go to sleep even though my body needed the rest.

then i am in a daze in the day
eyes wide open in the night.

maybe the battery is running low.

drink camomile tea or green tea every night... an hour before you plan to sleep, lay in bed with a book or newspaper or a very difficult sudoku.. it works for me :)

I try reading bible,it mks me zZ..very mean hor.. :)

yup try drink infusion tea..Lipton have a range..lemon ginger/blackcurrant..?

Not green tea, but lavendar and camomile tea. Flower tea has no caffine, but other teas have it, even green tea still have a little... you and benny a bit similiar, maybe you can call him up when you can't sleep :P
