for the service of mankind and more

now that i have my fridays free of art coursework remedials, i'm able to spend more time with my cadets and be with them for training.

last weekend we had our annual cca recruitment day. after more than half a saturday has gone, Wid asked me how many cadets i have recruited from the new sec ones. i told her we have more casualties to attend to than cadets recruited (exaggerated!). but it's true that while every cca is busy pulling and attracting people to join their gang, our cadets also have the duties to look after the well-being of everyone present that day. of course we hope for zero casualities at any events, but in such events, the real incident is definitely better than re-enactment. no, no, we are not evil, we always cross out fingers that our casualities will not be in drastic pain, and they will leave with a smile after receiving our service. :)

so, yes, for the service of mankind, and more.

march on, my cute little st.john!
